Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and sealed. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and must not be damaged.
To lodge a return, email [email protected] with a description of why you want to return the product and an image showing that it is sealed and undamaged. Once we accept your return, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and postal details. We will typically respond back within 48 hours. We do not accept returns that have been damaged by the customer but will happily refund or exchange the product if it has been damaged during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund approval. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note we do not offer an exchange. You will receive the payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total. Refunds will not be given for change of minds, or damage done by the customer to the product. This will be decided if product is deemed refundable after inspection.
